Support Alaskan Communities Affected by Typhoon Halong
Destructive wind (40-60mph) and significant coastal flooding (6 foot storm surge) from Typhoon Halong swept up across Alaska’s west coast.
We are conducting a deployment to provide damage and needs assessments, logistics coordination, local partner coordination and volunteer response management in affected areas. Our team will work in partnership with local authorities and non-governmental organizations and in coordination with State and Tribal authorities.
